Lunch Monday - Friday from 11am to 4pm
Dinner Monday - Saturday from 5pm

Established in 2000, Chef Paul's set a new standard for dining in the state of Arkansas. The cuisine was updated classic with roots established in Provence, France and the Mediterranean region. Only the finest ingredients were searched out and used with most preparation done at the time your order being placed. Service was relaxed and gracious, allowing you the enjoyment of your friends and family at the table. The menu changed with the seasons and reflected the availabilty of fruits and vegetables along with different preparations conducive to the time of year. We continue this tradition with the Riviera Room located at 2014 Central Avenue in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Pompeii Ristorante & the Riviera Room are owned by Chef Paul Uher and Chef Jeff Uher, brothers who grew up in Central NY where their family ran a restaurant for over 20 years. There was a passion food found in their home by a mother who loved to cook and enjoyed trying new foods and cooking techniques. The family traveled extensively and on these travels were exposed to the world of food as well. You didn't get away from the table, home or out without at least a spoonful of something new. This level of adventure continues to this day with the brothers always willing to try something new and present it to friends and family. One of the things that they enjoyed living in the Ithaca area was the variety of restaurants, cusines, farmer's makets and the like the Finger Lakes area provided. Whether it was Asian, African, French, German, Vegetarian, Organic, etc. they were exposed to it and learned to enjoy a variety of flavors and foods. This is reflected in their menus where they offer many of the items their mother prepared as well as foods they were exposed to growing up as entrees or side dishes. Sit back and enjoy a meal that isn't found in every "cloned" restaurant on the street!

The staff at our restaurants is extended family to both Chef Paul and Chef Jeff. Their father is still alive and helps out at the restaurant from time to time at 87 years of age. Welcome to their "home" and "their world of food".
