Welcome to the online world of Chef Paul. The menus posted here are current as of Summer 2009. Some items have limited availability due to the seasonal flux of produce. An example is Capresse, which we will only prepare when tomatoes are locally fresh. We also change preparations with the seasons to help enhance the taste and appearance of specific items. In this way you can enjoy optimum taste and presentation.
Lunch is served Monday - Friday from 11am to 4pm and is available in the Riviera Room or the Green Room of Pompeii. The menu and lunch features are the same in both rooms. Dinner service begins at 5pm in the Riviera Room and at 4pm in the Green Room for the Pompeii menu.
