Dessert is a real passion for Chef Jeff. His grandmother was his inspiration as she loved to cook and so happy when people enjoyed the food she prepared. She had a collection of recipes from her mother, her other relatives and her mother's friends, although she rarely had to reference these recipes as she had that knack for remembering not only the recipe as it was written, but also the adjustments needed to make it personally hers. Her taste for food was impeccable and that taste was passed on to her daughter, Mary Ann who was Chef Paul and Chef Jeff's mother. Their grandmother lived with them during her final years and Jeff spent many hours in the kitchen learning how to make pies, cakes and other desserts that his grandmother loved to cook. Her apple pies were second to none! As time went on Chef Jeff spent time self teaching himself pastry techniques and making everything from Sachertorte to Cheesecake to his personal favorite Cherry Pie.

If you are having a birthday - dessert is always on us!
If you would like a specific dessert for your table please make arrangements at least 48 hours in advance. There is an extra charge and you may take the remainder home with you.
Soufflés are available with a 24 hour notice for preparation.
